How do I know what colors are available to customize my flower?

Once you have decided you want a custom item, contact Stu at sls@turbonet.com or 208-874-4534. He will walk you through the color options available. Stu works with lots of glass that is made in limited production runs, so what you see on the site may not be available anymore. NO WORRIES! First pick a flower or lamp style or shape. Tell Stu the closest item pictures to you desired color selection. Stu will message you back with pictures of what is currently available in your desired color range.

How fragile are the flowers?

The glass flowers are delicate in appearance but are not fragile for normal handling. They are hand-washed for cleaning. Our only cautions is that they aren’t for juggling or frisbee golf.

Where are these flowers made?

Each flower is made in the Pacific Northwest’s Palouse region. Glass flowers are cut and bent in Moscow, Idaho with the final assembly work done in Pullman, Washington.

How are the flowers and lamp shades made?

Each glass petal is hand-cut, then fire-bent and fire-polished, before being epoxied to a clear acrylic disc. The flowers are made of Spectrum brand, System 96 heat resistant glass. Clear acrylic disks are used so that the flowers can be lighted from beneath by common votive candles. They can also be be replaced by an LED tea candle.

How do I pay for my order?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club, and PayPal are accepted.

What if my item arrives broken?

Please contact Stu promptly. Since all items are shipped insured, send pictures of the damage and of the exterior sides of the shipping box. The proof of damage is necessary for Stu to make claims with the shipper.
